Privacy and cookies
This notice explains how personal data of those who visit bakepro.it or fill in the request form is processed, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
Joint controllers
The site is run jointly by two companies which, for the promotion and sale of BakePro products, jointly determine the purposes and means of processing and therefore act as joint controllers (Art. 26 GDPR):

- MartinoRossi S.p.A. — Strada Provinciale 26 Km 15,100, 26030 Malagnino (CR), Italy
Data collected is recorded in the information system of Molini Bongiovanni S.p.A. and shared with MartinoRossi S.p.A. You can exercise your rights against either joint controller by writing to info@bongiovannitorino.it; the request will also be handled on behalf of the other joint controller.

Fields marked with * in the form are mandatory: without them we cannot follow up on your request. Data is not used for automated decisions nor for newsletters or other promotional messages without specific consent.
Recipients
Data is accessible to authorised staff of the two joint controllers and may be processed, as processors, by the providers that deliver the site and related services:
- Netlify, Inc. — site hosting and delivery of form notifications;
- Supabase, Inc. — database of the joint controllers’ information system (CRM), with infrastructure in the European Union;
- providers of the company email service;
- Google Ireland Limited and LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, only if you consent to measurement cookies.
Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers are based or have infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. In such cases transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
Retention
Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and the resulting relationship and, afterwards, for the time required by legal obligations or to protect the joint controllers’ rights. Data collected through cookies is kept as shown in the table below.

Your rights
You may exercise the rights provided by Articles 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also withdraw consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Write to info@bongiovannitorino.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it) or your local authority.
